1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Scribe Sight ("Service"), operated by Delta Sierra Holdings LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Scribe Sight provides content analysis services with AI-powered intelligence. Our Service includes automated transcription, speaker identification, custom analysis prompts, project organization, and related tools designed to help you extract insights from audio content.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly update any changes to your information
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
Prices may change with 30 days notice
Refunds are subject to our refund policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Upload content that you do not have the right to transcribe or share
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all audio files, videos, and other content you upload to the Service. You also own all transcriptions and analysis generated from your content. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Delta Sierra Holdings LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes our analysis prompts, user interface, and underlying technology.

8. Transcription Accuracy

While we strive for high accuracy in our transcriptions, the Service uses AI-powered technology that may produce errors. Transcriptions are provided as-is and should be reviewed for accuracy, especially for critical use cases. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy and recommend human review for important documents.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delta Sierra Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination, and we will retain your data for 30 days after account closure.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
